AI Sales Simulation
The problem: During roleplays at SKO, sales reps struggled to resolve common customer objections.
The solution: AI-based sales training. Using an embedded AI agent, the sales rep must discover and resolve customer concerns. The AI agent grades performance on several factors such as listening, empathy, emotional intelligence, objection handling, and professionalism.

I was tasked with creating the opening video of the general session for SKO 2025. It was created with Adobe Premiere and After Effects.

This was used as the company-wide kickoff video for Cybersecurity Awareness Month. It was created with Adobe Premiere and After Effects.

Xtreme Test Prep's Master Class for the ACT Test
The problem: Existing ACT test prep courses failed to improve students' test scores.
The solution: I designed and built a comprehensive ACT test prep course that improved student test scores by 4+ points:
- Analyzed retired exams to determine the assessment strategy used
- Designed practice exams using that strategy
- Designed content for each subject exam tailored to the assessment strategy
- Produced videos, practice questions, and review sheets
- Maintained LMS to deliver content to customers
